Brochure Template for Print

Have a template in Adobe InDesign CS3 and Microsoft Publisher but would like the look to be more professional.? All the fields need to stay where I have then but it could use and artist touch.? Colors can change to anything, shading would be great.? I just don’t have the artist touch.? The template MUST to be 11 x 17 and has a tab on the inside section that will be seen from the first page.? The concept of the brochure is about building blocks.? The image on the front will be of houses such as front porch (the template I already have). ? What I need is a template in either Illustrator, InDesign or Publisher that I can take and change the one image on the first page, text on the inside tab and add text on all pages in the same place each time. * This is a rush job and must be completed in 24 hours! ? ## Deliverables Need only one (1)? desing template but must have THIS layout!? The work must be delivered with source files either in Illustrator, InDesign or Publisher. I also must receive the work no later than 24 hours after start.
