I need to have designed the following documents:
1) Delivery Note
2) Goods Receipt
3) Job Ticket
For each document, I would need the logo, the address etc placed in the top center. The information for each document should be research by the designer. However, simplicity is key for me.
1) The Delivery Note - this should have customer ID, name of customer, Delivery address, Contact Person , item number, item description, item serial #, quantity delivered, date of document, delivered by and date, Vehicle number, Received by name in block letters, Received by signature. Date received.
There should also be a space at the top for a DN #.
2) The Good Receipt Note - Fields as follows: GR Receipt # (space at the top), Received By (name in block letters), Received by Signature, Date received, Item Number, item description, Item serial #, quantity received.
3) Job Ticket - Fields: Ticket # top right (space to be provided for the printer to print sequential numbers), Customer ID, Customer name, Goods Receipt (GR) Reference #, Employee Name. item #, Item Description, Item Serial number.
All Document should be single colour (Black) and fit on an 8 1/2 x 11.
