Cute Cartoon Mascot Illustration for a Website

I'm looking for an illustrator/designer to design a mascot for my website (a group buying website similar to [login to view URL]). The website is currently under construction www.discountdeal.com.my. It have to be a cartoonist stylish with a very good colorization. Good examples of what i looking for is , [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I also like the mascot in [login to view URL] just so you know. The mascot I want is a TIGER, a distinctive and cute one. His name is Mr. DD. I just need one pose for the time being just to complete my homepage. If satisfied I will offer more jobs of him in multiple poses. The pose I'm looking for is him holding a 'Today's deal' banner while the other hand giving thumb up. Please see the attachment so that you know what I'm looking for. The picture in the attachment was roughly designed and I don't really like it so I want a professional looking one. The colour of the mascot must blend with the red/black website theme. I'm thinking of yellow or maybe yellowish orange. If you think he is better with a shirt on please do so. The shirt might as well has a DD sign (showing Mr. DD -discountdeal) on it. Design must be in vector and if possible, I must be able to separate the 'today's deal' banner from his hand (different layers) (just in case the website layout needs me to modify the banner shape,size etc).
