Design Logo / Graphic from Existing Concept

So many great drawings have been done on $50 or less and this job is only one image and we have the whole concept for you to go from. Likewise, do not place ridiculously low bids like $20, we won't accept that either. DETAILS Looking for an expert who can create logo graphics that will be placed on signage. This needs to be done by an expert that can create character and texture in a drawing. We are setting up an ice cream shop in a mall and will use several fixed signs plus three monitors for digital signage with some subtle and classy animation, product features, and pricing. We already have drawings and graphics but we need to add one more logo graphic for the signage concept. KEY POINTS - we have the graphic images and content you need to develop this --which we will send to you - the files need to be vector art and in .png too - graphic will need to retain the quality when our printers make the sign in large printing Please see attached image to get an idea of what we are looking for but I will describe it in great detail.
