You should deter from using one of these third world “designers” because all they are going to give you is some cliche real estate logo with a gradient applied to it to make it look shiny. This I assure you will make you fade into the rest of the companies who have done the same thing. Message me and see if I can't convince you that I wouldn't be a better candidate for you logo.
