Designs for baseball pins

I own a promotional company, This is my busy time of the year for baseball pins. I need someone who can help with the design of these products. There will be about 12-15 designs a day that are needed.. looking for someone who can be available full time during the months of june and july form there home. After our our busy season it would be part time and flexiable. The person I am looking for would need to be very creative, often times the parents come to us with just there team name, colors and maybe an idea if any, it is our job to put something together quick that they will love based off there information I also sell the products and most our rush orders and all our custom made with there design they choose.
