Design Flyer for Affiliate Marketing (English & Spanish)

Need a graphic designer fluent in Spanish and English to design a flyer in Photoshop format (psd). The flyer will be in legal size (8/12" x 11") and double sided -- English on one side and Spanish on the other. The Spanish side must be equivalent of the English version. The final design must be attrative, colorful, and easy to understand requiring the minimal amount of text to explain the affiliation principle. The purpose of the flyer is inform people that the affiliate marketing company I work for saves consumers money when they shop online through said company website. I will provide the referral link for people to register through me. Each of the 3000 affiliated partner stores gives the registered consumer 2% cash back and each person they refer earns them an additional 1/2% when that person registers and shops. The partner stores include Walmart, Homedepot, Target, Barnes & Noble, Sears, Walgreens, to name a few. The winning bidder must make the final psd file flexible enough so that I can change the text and graphics at will. Further details will be provided upon succesful bidding.
