Hey!
One problem with hiring freelancers is communication. You need someone who gets your needs, and will communicate clearly what they're doing to fulfill your requirements.
While there are a lot of guys who can understand the systems you're working with, many times they aren't able to articulate what they're doing, and don't understand what you need. Sometimes this is due to a language barrier, and other times, it's due to a freelancer simply bidding on every available project, regardless of whether it's a good fit for their skillset.
This leads to them being overbooked, and rushing through your work without any real attention to the details of what you need. Needless to say, this is incredibly frustrating.
If I might ask, what type of blog are you setting up? Knowing this helps me better tailor my proposal, so you know exactly what I can offer to do for you.
