We have a project that needs quality programming and attention to detail. We Need a programmer who has done an ebay type auction and a job portal like freelancer or odesk, the jobs will include video and text chat facilities, and notice boards, if you have done these jobs before and can demonstrate that please get in touch. All the design work is done and there is a HTML shell built for the job, PSDs will be available, The key to the project is timescale and programming skills, we need the site in less than 15 days and with a maximum budget of $3000, $500 upfront, balance on completion or in stages. We have a full brief that will be sent to parties we are interested in. Its imperative that the programmer or team can work under their own initiative and see what’s needed rather than us having to explain every detail, so we are looking for experience, this is NOT a new comers job.
