Build a Customized Wordpress Website - Have Homepage Layout Complete

I currently have the homepage design in a .jpg complete along with the logo (needs to be recreated in psd). I am looking for someone to create this homepage and additional pages in Wordpress. Most importantly I would like unique movements on the homepage as someone scrolls down the page as well as wordpress mega menu for further buildout down the road. The website itself will only consist of 5 pages initially including an About Us Page, Services Page, Contact Page, and Portfolio. Here are some direction for things I would lie to see: Definitely like the intricacies of Blue Fountain Media with the videos ect. [login to view URL] - more for inner pages. Like imagery and sectioned parts of pages with background imagery with text over it. (something similar for services page) Most importantly of all things I would like sleek design and well used fonts. Bringing in small intricate design elements such edges, curves, and small movements to captivate the user. Definitely like sites that navigation stays at top of page when you scroll down. Navigation needs to have the ability to have multiple child menus for future building of pages. Similar to wordpress mega menu and uber menu.
