Build New Website - "reskin" an existing site (using existing logo/colours)

We require a competent designer/developer to take an existing website and make some simple cosmetic changes to create a new website with our brand. The only thing you will have to go for the style/colour of the new site is our logo (that was designed by someone previously on Freelancer). We will base our new site on the following site: [login to view URL] Things that need to be done include: 1. Change all styles and colours to suit our style (some subtle changes in the menu items, etc will be required as we don't want to directly plagiarise this website) 2. Add extra images to the main carousel - these will be sourced by us and enhanced by you 3. The contractor will receive a FTP login to our hosting/server 4. You will then design the site, build/code the site and upload and test on our server using text placeholders where the text will go. 5. We will supply new text for the site and you will upload 6. There will be an interactive form (to capture new customers) that will be saved to a database which you will also be required to create as part of the job. 7. Navicat or something similar will be used by the site owners to access the saved data. 8. SSL certificates will also be setup on the hosting server (all data from the forms sent back to a DB securely). 9. Some of the customer data capture form will be pre-populated from the same database (we will directly email potential clients with unique ID's in the email with links to the sign up form). As this is NOT really a new site build, but rather taking an existing functional site and 'reskinning' it, we do not feel that this should take someone that long to do the work.
