We need to build a website for services
- front end - where customers can book order (similar on the line of [url removed, login to view])
- front end of work order management tool (which will be centrally operated) - which includes service providers db, customers db, scheduler (drag and drop etc)
Hosting / domain name available
DB has been deigned in MongoDB, so there's no server side scripting is required, but developer should have the experience of MongoDB.
Brief about the work is:
Designing & Layout (Front end):
- Responsive Website Layout for Customers - compatibility with Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones and Desktop screens
- User can choose different services and provide give the personal details like Name, Phone, Email, etc, timing when service is required
- If new user, then option to set password will be display and account will be created / Auto-login
- User Account page will have the list of previous orders and order status
- All static pages like Contacts / Privacy Policy / Terms & Conditions etc.
Work Order Management Tool
- Order Management
- View / List all Orders received through website (front end) / app / tele-calling manually fed and option to Sort orders date wise, search orders, filter orders
- Availability of service providers, their timings etc
- Auto assign work order to particular service provider (with option of manual override)
- Option to download All / Selected Orders in CSV format
- Maintain service providers db (list / add / edit / delete / attributes), customers db etc

For better visualization of Work Order Management Tool -
In the front end, there will be 6 main screens (tentative) -
1) Work Order Panel (with list / details of all WOs, add option for new WO)
2) Scheduler (rows = service providers, columns = time) with Google Map integration (showing locations of service provider) + Auto-assign based on estimated time for WO, availability and skill of service provider
3) Customer Panel (add / edit / list of customers)
4) Service Provider Panel (add / edit / list of service providers)
5) Invoices
6) Reports etc
