Build a Website and IOS & Android APP

The project consists of two parts , IOS & ANDROID APP and a UI website General explanation of project. Users(customers) can create an account and Login on UI online to create an account were they can add there business(restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, pharmacies etc) location and information on Google maps LATEST vesrion API Visitors can also go online on the website and see (restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, pharmacies etc) in there selected area. Visitors can download the application on there device were they can see business (restaurants, hotels, clubs, bars, pharmacies etc) around there location. UI details admin panel. There must be a master admin that controls everything, he can create as many sub admins he likes and edit delete them. Sub Admins can control users create edit delete , edit there account and there account options and details. UI must have drop down selection option with name search also were the user can select the map area he wishes to view . Also another drop menu with name search option for selecting type of business he wishes to view on the map. And also a name search of business the specific type of business. Admins can add the locations or remove them , the way to do that is , first the admin will put the name of the area then he will find the area on the Google maps preselect the desired distance according to how big the location area is and save it , this way when the user selects from the menu the area name automatically the system will direct him to the map area. At Any time the Admins can edit the are name or location distance and save it with out loosing the business data on the maps. Users(customers)that create an account will have the option to select there desired location and then put the business point on the map , also they can put there website ,phones , address ,email etc, also they will have an option were they can add a special offer they might have, and visitors in there area(3KM) will get a push notification on there phone app about this offer and the business contact info. When a visitor clicks on the business POINT on the map of app or web , a window on top of the point will open showing you all the details of the business. Also there will be an option were the visitor can send an email notification to the business owner . The Web UI must have google adverts location The phone APP must have also google adverts PHONE APP details. The phone app will have the same drop menus as the web UI and it must auto update any changes in the drop down menu every time its launched. The APP must have option in settings to work offline so what ever search info are downloaded from visitor will be stored so visitor can review his search even if there is no internet connection. In settings there must be an option to set the RADIUS in KM around him he wishes to get push notification offers. Each time the visitor opens the app to find local business he will select the location he wishes then the business type , the UI will check his location and his KM RADIUS selection and any business of the type he selected having offers within his preselected radius will be send to him as push notifications . The phone app must be working with at-least the latest version of IOS & ANDROID. The Web UI must be developed on the developers server location and will be transferred to our server once its finished.
