I will give you two documents and a database (might need to change a few things) which you will use to create a simple website. It's a very rudimentary website and should not take more than a day. Preferably want someone that can do it in one day. The files are attached so you can read it over before accepting. Remember, the database is MOSTLY done (might need fixing up). The end result should just be a functioning website based on the guidelines.

I will be using PHP for server side scripting. The frontend will be either made with HTML 5, or Flash (SWF), depending on your preference. After going through the PDFs, and your brief, I gather that the Database is ready will some dummy data, and will be provided to me.
