Build a Website for e-learning (Moodle system and freelance site)

It's better if you use my Access-code system that is already built in Moodle, but now bring it out to freelance site so that teachers can buy it automatically ? 10. Live chat and dispute tool ? 11. Design template for Moodle ? 12 Designed templates for auto-send emails and supplementary pages ( I mean the separated pages with the design and format already for my team to post introduction, instructions or anything we want for the links in footer ? ? 13. Zopim chat for Live support ? 14. Review and Rating Tools ? 15. 404 Error Page ? 16. SSL certificate ? 17. Two supported languages: English and Vietnamese. Please make Vietnamese as default language ? 18. Easy-to-use and mobile-friendly website ? 19. Homepage for every user in freelance site ? 20. Google Adsense in freelance site and Moodle system ? 21.
