The FIRST OPTION you can place a bid for the project and get paid based on the completion of 2 milestones which are listed below. The SECOND OPTION is that you can become my partner have free unlimited use of the website and collect recurring monthly revenues once the project is complete. If you choose the partnership option your payments will be based on the revenue from membership store purchases. You will be added to the profit sharing module in the second level of the tree. For more details have a look at the “Auction MLM Revenue and Member Payouts” file that I have attached to this project. The lines that are highlighted is the position your company will be placed to earn revenues. Each company and freelancer has different needs and goals this is why I’m proposing each of these options for this project. I’m looking for a web developer with extreme talents and abilities to create a large unique web experience for my customers. This web site will be a combination of a few website modules all working in conjunction with each other to provide an exceptional online experience. This project will be split up in 2 parts, The First Part will consist of (Auction Module and Profit Sharing Module) after these 2 modules are complete and linked together I will pay 1/3 of the agreed amount. The Second Part will consist of (User Customizable home Page Module and the Social Networking Module) after these 2 modules are complete and everything is linked together as 1 website I will pay the remaining 2/3 of the agreed amount. The lists of website modules are as follows: Auction Website MLM Profit Sharing User Customizable Home Page Social Networking and Dating Website Skills Required: A vast knowledge of website designing and development in several different script languages Database development and management Critical thinking and problem solving Suggesting solutions to overcome obstacles Researching online resources to propose the best and most effective solution to complete tasks at hand Very good knowledge and understanding of the English language Exceptional Organization and Time management skills We will use pre written scripts for all of these modules except for the MLM Profit Sharing which we will create from scratch. By doing this it will help eliminate a majority of what the work load would have been by having most of the core programming and development already completed. There will be minor and major customizations to each of the modules such as; changing color scheme to match with each module, editing category lists, creating new functions and removing unneeded functions, creating behind the scene modules to get information, apps and functions from other sites on the internet, Linking the modules together to work as one website. For some of the major modifications I have a list of websites to refer to for visualization of functionality and programing references.
