Prerequsites: Domain name and Hosting Plan. My course of action: 1. Install Wordpress/Drupal on your hosting (if you have one, otherwise I can help you choose one) 2. Choose a template from the offered variety (I will need your help) 3. Configure the site to upload videos 4. Test the result Can you clarify your expectations about videos, please? 1. Where do you want them to be uploaded? 2. Will they be viewed on the page?
