Build a Website

~Hi I am looking for a group of talented professional Web Developer's from around the world, to work seamlessly in a co-operative online environment to produce a website. The website will be an online directory and Navigation tool for user-posted advertisements, based off a membership subscription for advertisers, per period of time. This website will function as a membership service for helping sex workers find local 'punters' willing to purchase their time. A similar website mechanic is that of [login to view URL], however this site would not be anywhere as big as carsales, with less then half as many functions and pages. [login to view URL] is the main competitor, and a lot of the functions will be the same. I am in need of a quote, and a brief description of the stages involved in creating such a site, as well as what programs you would use to build it. I am in the negotiation stage of a business deal where my client has asked for a quote. This venture has good prospects of repeat paid work for any interested web-developers and/or admin staff willing to participate in a short 10-15 minute interview, just to discuss the quote, and then perhaps work out a paid working agreement. I am firstly seeking a knowledge-able consultant who can talk me through the process of building a website as I have described. Then I can then go and propose a price to my client, and then get you working on the fully-funded project.
