Build a cashback website

We are looking for a professional company to build a secure website offering customers cash incentive (cashback) for purchasing at partner merchants. The site will have similar functionality to [login to view URL] (TCB) or [login to view URL] (Quidco). All bids are welcomed, we expect this to be a large project - so please ensure that you fully understand the project by referring to the similar sites above and the project description below. A brief description of the project/ what it involves: - Each merchant will be assigned a cashback page where the reward structure will be displayed ( e.g. 10% cashback on orders over £20, 5% on orders under £20). - Merchant cashback pages can be accessed by a menu of categories. - A search function to find merchant cashback page. - As the user clicks on the 'get cashback' button on the merchant cashback page, a new window will be opened navigating to a tracking link. The tracking link (which creates a cookie) assigned to the user will be recorded on the system, and will be tracked and updated (as the merchant review the transaction and notify us). The tracking link and the cookie will be provided and auto-generated by the affiliate agency (e.g. Affiliatewindow). - An account system which stores user's registered details. - An activity page which shows all tracked transactions, and their status (tracked, confirmed, paid, declined etc.) - A system which allows users to submit cashback claims to dispute denied or incorrectly tracked transactions, and report any missing transaction. - A payment page that allows the user to be paid by multiple methods (e.g. bank transfer, Paypal).
