My company owns a few popular websites such as blogs and etc. What i want to do to make it easier to display ads on my sites is create my own ad serving platform. I want to be able to List my websites, List the open ad units, and also play ad codes to show in the units. I want to also be able to list ad units for sale so people can purchase and place their code to rotate along with my ads.

Hello there. What im thinking is to use one of the hostings for the ads themselves, then point to that in the banner positions of your sites. Upon request, the server will know which position and site is required and it will "decide" which ad to place based on that.
