Build a solar company website in wordpress

We are an Australian based solar company looking to upgrade our internet footprint, we need to get our website and social media working for us. We are looking for a clean fresh website where we can showcase our product range, alot of the content would be static but we do require the ability to update certain sections hence why we have chose wordpress as the preferred option. Main features of the website required are as follows, We need the standard things like about us, contact us, etc etc you should know the simple stuff Clean Fresh home page Ability to display products some with pricing ( catalog ) Gallery to show completed jobs photos, with the ability for customers to leave a review under there pictures and have it link to social media Be social network integrated, the more we can leverage social media the better Enquiry forms with appointment date they would prefer Twitter stream from industry members we follow Dynamic content, we will provide some news Has to be responsive We would like the branding integrated across all major social media, for example, the website banner etc i want on other forms of social media including facebook, google + etc This is for a working wordpress design that will be installed don our web server, you must be able to show a functioning version of this website before final payment will be made, this isn't for a PSD. To provide some inspiration but not to copy I have attached a file that shows our competitors websites, you will also find our logo attached which gives you an idea of colours etc I expect this to cost between 500-1000 but if you are exceptional i will pay upto $1500, if you bid without providing a reason as to why you should get the job i will delete your bid.
