Firstly thank you for viewing my project. I need a developer who can convert my 4 psd files into a website. The 4 psd files will consist of a home/ Project page, Single Project page, Profile page and contact page. I have also supplied a view examples of how I want the responsive function to operate and I have also added the fonts that you will need for the website. The site will have a sticky header and hover functions. Basic stuff for a good developer. Website needs to be pixel perfect. I will be making sure that everything is exactly as seen in the psd. Developer NEEDS TO SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. I will not hire anyone who has poor communication. If you are interested please feel free to make a bid.
