Hi, I require a website to be made which will have a similar feel to this website in the sense of a user dashboard and admin dashboard and back-end to keep track of everything. you will need to design and develop the website for myself. It will require a payment system that will be needed to be added in. The main function of the website is [login to view URL] is where someone like a marketing person who's non creative will post a challenge of making a TV advert for e.g. for the local car salesman. From there you will get creative people who will post ideas/suggestions for that challenge and in return whatever idea gets accepted they will either get paid a share of the pot. (the pot being money that was added in at the start when a challenge was uploaded). if more than 1 persons suggestion gets selected there is a share of the pot that is split between them. I would like it if the quote you give me is a fixed and final price. I will not appreciate it if you tell me 1 price when you bid and a second price in messaging. if you do understand this please state Paystorm when you leave a bid so I can differentiate from real people who want to do the work and time wasters. Also if you do not understand what a brainstorm is please either look it up or not bid. Thanks I look forward to working with someone soon.
