Design Your Own Watch Website & Mobile App

Instructions to developers: My project is called Design Your Own Watch - both a website and mobile app. I previously hired a freelancer.com member but no significant progress was made. The freelancer has since been BANNED for being a scammer - but took the first milestone payment anyway. Design Your Own Watch allows people to go to the website/mobile app to design their own watch, based on pictures of many kinds of watches, and each watch picture is broken down into many different parts (please see pictures below for examples). The basic idea is similar to [login to view URL] which is a ‘design your own car’ website. It has parts that are also similar to: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in the presentation. Pictures will be provided to you (samples below), but you need to break them down into individual components. The watch graphics: For this project, there are 6 brands - 5 brands have about 600 pictures. - 1 brand has 1000 pictures. Many of the pictures may have parts that are similar. It is not necessary to break down every single one, because as the pictures are broken into component parts, some parts will repeat themselves. Users can choose to mix and match all the different parts, within each brand, and the colour, and the size. To be awarded this job, YOU MUST: a. PROVE THAT you can make this website and mobile app 100% functional b. SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH and can LISTEN well c ANTICIPATE client needs well. DO NOT only WAIT TO BE TOLD. d. be PROFESSIONAL and do what is needed to get the search engine up and running e. advise what hosting requirements are needed. f. you must be the TECHNICAL PERSON - I DO NOT wish to speak to the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSON.
