Create An Avatar Modeling An Example

Hi - I have an example of an Avatar I want someone to create. I need someone who can recreate this avatar and save it for me. (In image form.) See attachment for example. This is for a personal project and I need these details: -No scissors or book in the avatar's hand. Can we put a computer or small laptop or tablet in her hand in place of the book? -Hair color changed to dark brown -Red sweater changed to black sweater I need the Avatar to be atleast 200 pixels high by 200 pixels wide. And I do not want to copy this exactly. I need something that has the same hairdo and looks somewhat the same but not an exact match please. We need to worry about copyright infringement. This is just an example. Thanks
