Designing Graphic Pack of A Browser-Based Game

Looking for a concept artist that can draw nice graceful and elgant the basic 2d artworks for a browser-based game, this will include concepts for Charachters, terrains, buildings, etc...
Main Page Charachters:
I need 6 Charachters which includes female and male warriors from egypt, roman , persia in medievale ages.
High styled with native armours and cloths.
Soldiers Charchters:
estimated 30 soldiers 10 for each tribe : roman , egyption and persian.
Which is not very high quality. and it's normal
Terrain:
village will be builded on terrain.
Buildings:
15 different buildings
and design Game user interface.
