Designing catalogue cover

I need to a designer to make the existing cover to look more professional. It needs to be more eye catching. We are getting 3 catalogues designed with all covers being the same except for minor changes. The format of the covers will be almost the same as how it is right now but minor changes need to be made to make it look nice. - The logo will remain in the same place but make it look more powerful. - The boxes for the images need to remain the same place but make the arrangement better looking, make the boxes look better and stagger them better. The title of the catalogues will be in different colours to differentiate the catalogue by looking at the catalogue from far away so they are colour coded. Please look at the attached picture of an example of the cover. The other 2 covers will be the same so please look at the example just the colour scheme of the title will change and the pictures in the boxes will change. The 3 covers titles will be: "Respiratory Care Equipment" catalogue ( title to be in green colour) "Architectural Solutions" catalogue (Title can be in white colour) "Hospital Beds & Furnishings" catalogue (Title can be in other colour which looks nice on navy blue colour) The attached logo file can be manipulated however keep in mind that it will be printed in silver foil and embossed.
