Detailed Illustrations for Imaginative Children's Book (Picture Story Book)

Hello People! I am looking for an illustrator who has exceptional detail and imagination. Your level of detail is most critical, this children's picture book will have illustrations of a much higher detail than the majority of children's books currently available. Your level of imagination will be important too. The book will consist of 20 pieces of full colour and full page artwork. Each piece of artwork will be spread over a double page, therefore the book will be 40 pages in total. The page sizes will be 231mm x 295mm. Also allow in your price, the cost to design the front and back cover in full colour. A high level of detail and imagination will be expected and the budget of greater than $5,000 has been set to reflect this. Only apply if you are an illustrator capable of high detail and you also have sufficient photoshop skills to complete your work suitable for a picture story book. START: January 2014 PROJECT TIMELINE: 6 weeks. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Milestone Payments Only. The candidate will be selected based on their level of detailed design work and imagination. Previous work on children's books or other children's products will be beneficial but is not critical to selection. Someone that can deliver and work to timelines is also critical. In your proposal, please include examples of previous work and references. Include in your proposal a lump sum price to complete the work.
