Copying newspaper layout digitally

I need the layout of a local newspaper copied. I will use it for marketing purposes, so I need to be able to put my own text and pictures in it. So I will deliver all the content, but the designer needs to make it look exactly like the newspaper. ## Deliverables I've attached the scans from the newspaper. I will provide content for all the articles. I will also provide pictures to put in the necessary spots. What I need you to do, as a designer: Lay it out in *exactly* the same way as this newspaper. That means the same font, the same distance between lines, the same amount of columns, the same colors for certain blocks... everything. You can provide me with the template so I can fill it, or if that's impossible for some reason, I can give you content so you can fill it up. I don't know which format you will use for the template. Word, Microsoft Publisher or some other program. Let me know when you bid? on this. If you have any questions, let me know.
