design a GUI for a 4.3" touchscreen

You are required to prepare all the necessary graphical layout of a GUI for a touchscreen. We have already prepared a mockup for the user interface, based on the underlying program, that consists of 32 different screenshots, this mockup should just give you indication of the general layou, you will be required to give proper layout and proportions, as well as colors and icons to achieve an appealing and homogeneous look. You will have to prepare 3 raster images to be used as background, (1 at startup, 1 as "screensaver", the remaining one as general purpose background) You will have to create 32 icons in SVG 1.0 format for the user interface, design the final layout, decide the colors to use and the proportion among the graphical elements as well as define the fonts to use from a list we will provide. The general look of the application should be very clean and appealing to the user, as well as usable, that means the graphical layout and content must be really outstanding and some time should be spent on blending all the contents you create to give a consistent to the user. The touchscreen will be used for HVAC control applications in homes, so you have a little context for the icons we will need (temp, fan, clock, humidity etc) Display resolution is 4.3" in landscape mode, 480x272 VGA, 64K colors, True trype fonts able to withstand raster as well as vector images (SVG 1.0). After you bid, I will send the mockup in pdf to selected freelancers so you'll know what it is about. We will consider bids only coming from experienced users with positive ratings and with previous experience in GUI graphical design, previous works in this field will be highly appreciated.
