Alter some Images

Hi, I have lots of jewelry pictures to be edited. They are primarily silver on white backgrounds. Need the backgrounds to be pure white as well as the jewelry edited so it looks shiny. Not all jewelry is silver, but the silver is the hardest to edit. I can send RAW files if makes it easier. Please see sample file. My photography skills are not great but hoping some amazing editing skills can make them work. I will have about 50 or so edits to start and more to come. I also have more work for a great graphic designer. All files need to be cropped in the center of a 600px x 700px box with 100 dpi. I need to receive back all files including final edit of psd, jpg/png. See sample files attached. Thank you.
