Build an Online Store

I have a website that needs to be completed. I hired a man off of this site to work full time for me and develop a team to work exclusively for our company. I even went over to the Philippines to help him get set up. After spending thousands of dollars on him and his team I found out that he had been stealing from me and from the team. This was a large loss for our company and needless to say I am very disappointed in him ( Rey Bayubay) I need someone to finish a commerce website that he started. This will turn into a full time job for the right person with lots of projects to follow but I need someone honest, reliable, and who knows what they are doing. I also need someone that has some management skills and would like to run a large business in their own country exclusively outsourcing to my companies. I need someone who understands web layout, PHP, graphic design, Video Production and Animation, E-commerce, SEO, Social Media Marketing. Most of all I need someone who has the ability to think big and who really wants to change there life. If you do not posses all these qualities and are not a honest person then please do not apply. I want this to turn into a full-time position. I have so many projects that need to get done but I will start you off slow until trust is built. I need someone who can and will think like a businessman. I need someone that understands the American Culture graphically and is at the top of their game.
