Design a Landing Page

Im promoting a webinar and i need a landing page for it.I am looking for a professional landing page designer who is familier with functional COUNTER AND FORM Placing on the page . I need it to gain the most attention so i need bright colors and a modern look for it.(The content and the pictures of the speakers will be provided) Something like the attached picture but a lot simpler and modern look with a Counter To Count down the days and (3) SAVE MY FREE SPOT (A $200 Value) Bottons on different places of the page . This project is happening on tuesday Oct 14th so i dont have alot of time and i need this page imidiatly. I need this page to be designed , Hosted and Published ready(I dont care if you use free hosting sites with templates i just need it published) to be used and i need the forms information to be sent to my email Address so i can save peoples spot on this online webinar.
