Design a Logo & 'Coming soon' page

I need a logo designing for a new software entity that is currently in the very early stages. The logo needs to be designed to the spec as highlighted below and then used to create a "Coming Soon" type landing page that will be uploaded via FTP to our hosting. The successful Freelancer will need to: - Design a logo that is simple, effective and very professional looking. I will give you names of our competitors so that you can see what other people in the business are doing. - Create a very simple landing page that tells people we're coming soon, this page will need to incorporate the logo and the branding colours that you've used to create the logo. - Implement a system that allows visitors to subscribe to a mailing list. It'll probably be a MailChimp system - so I'll give you the code specific to our account. - You'll have complete free reign over your design - so you'll probably need to produce a few ideas so we can agree on which one is best.
