Design a Website Registration Process

We are looking for an talented and experienced designer to design a Registration Process for Vendle. See the attached screenshots for the current color scheme and theme of the App itself. Also find app Logos here: [login to view URL] Please note that ALL logos are to be the WHITE versions only, we DO NOT use the Pink/Blue logos.. The web registration process will be for Venues themselves to sign up to the application platform. See the sketches attached for the similar process of what is needed... Currently the way we want to implement the registration process is like this: 1. Venue navigates to [login to view URL] and clicks on REGISTER VENUE 2. They then choose whether they are a 'Fixed Registered Venue', or a 'Temporary Venue or Event' 3. They then Fill in details, such as Venue name, Contact Name, Contact Number, Contact Email, ABN or ACN, Venue Type and Location 4. From here when they press Register, we will have to show them a pop-up saying that their Information has been accepted, and that the Vendle team will validate whether the venue is legitimate. Vendle will then contact you via email with your Login Details in order to access your venues profile. 5. We will explain to them on this pop-up (“We know it is annoying to wait for your details, however at Vendle we are committed to bringing trusted information to the application, and are reserving the right for people to create fake accounts and ruin the experience for other users and venues.”) something like that. 6. Once I have received their registration details on SUPER ADMIN, I can then allocate them as a Permanent User or a Temporary User (i.e. Full Access to CMS, or Events Only) 7. I am then able to send them their login details, Once they receive login details, they can then manage everything via the portal, we will also recommend changing their password from the default we send them...
