Design a flat user interface for a chat application - single page

Hi all,

I need a flat user interface designed for a chat application, comprising of:

- User list on the right hand side

- Message area in the centre

- Top header with a text headline - when clicked turned to an input box

- A toggle button below the text headline

- User list should include a customised scroll bar

- User list should include a list of users (1 image, with text next to it)

Please note that this is expected to be a single HTML and CSS page - with JavaScript for the input box.
