Design a mobile optimised website Mockup

Project Description: Hi, I am looking for a designer to do visual design for a mobile optimised website. That designer should have both graphic design and UI experience. /// Aim Design a mobile optimised website for a fitness and health website. (NB: The offering is very similar to Michelle Bridges 12WBT - [login to view URL]). These designs (along with the workflow) will be used for developing a clickable prototype / minimal viable product. (And this MVP along with these designs will be used for fundraising, kickstarted campaigns, market research etc) I have clear idea how it should be but need graphical assistance in order to create great graphics to make the project come alive. But once we start project I want it to be finished within mutual agreed roadmap. Ideally work would start almost immediately. This project is about great design to make it come alive and give it life. But also about expertise in user experience guiding me if things could be designed much better for a mobile.
