build my web-site - repost

i would like to build online store that will sell Skins for mobile devices, ipad, ipod, tablet, notebook, PC case, Camera, PSP... etc. i have the pictures that the user can choose from. the web-site should look unique and different from any other web-site online. the user will be able to choose his device, then the user choose pattern and as well be able to upload his own picture, then the user design if he want the skin in front ,back and side of the device then user submit his order and do checkout payment. another company that i found online that have a web-site that similar to what i requesting to be build is: [login to view URL] the idea is the same as what i want to do but my web-site need ot look and feel completely different then their web-site. i have the collection of pictures that the user can choose from i'm missing the devices pictures as i have only the drawing of the devices. if you choose to build my site: 1. it a must to have a unique look for the web-site and eye catching. 2. need to provide the pictures for all the devices my software support. 3. checkout need to include Paypal and credit cards. 4. easy admin access 5. provide full and free support for at least 6 month after the web-site is done and is online. 7. web-site will be host by godaddy 8. need to be able to provide affiliate program and give 10% commission of whatever people spending, payment will be made by Paypal to the reseller, 8. HALF of the agree amount will be paid in the middle of the project and second HALF will be pay when web-site is online.
