Custom Wordpress Theme

We have a custom theme (not a tweaked template) that we need created in Wordpress. We will duplicate that template on our own to make additional pages from. We have already outlined the preliminary layout (see attached file). We have our own server and a MU site where you will be given your own username/password to build the site. We have Ultimatum as a theme generator to use to create the site. We can provide some graphics for the creation of the site, but we really want the designer to create the buttons, mouse overs, backgrounds, etc. as well. From this template, we will fill in the content, so you may use lorem ipsum text. The main feature will have embedded video from Vimeo. The various elements of the website will include: - Header will have Logo in top left & 3 text links to pages as top navigation (color change on rollover) - Main video player using embedded video from Vimeo - Three thumbnails of videos underneath main video - The first two video thumbnails will load the video into the main embedded play area - The third thumbnail will take them to a Vimeo account page (in New Tab) - Facebook Plugin allowing site visitors to see FB Page feed and allow to enter comments - Photo thumbnail when clicked taking visitors offsite featuring a photo gallery (in New Tab) - Contact Us form with basic contact information submitted to our email address w/ Thanks page - Icons linking to Social Media pages (in New Tab) - Footer will have link to Site Map and Copyright Info You will not be credited with text or a link back to your contact info. Color scheme: Black background with White and Primary Red as accent colors.
