Design a Wordpress Mockup

I need a custom [login to view URL] template. I am looking for a look similar to FB as far as the top of page image, but the lower 80% of the page is a four column layout. I will need to place headlines/copy/photos in three of those columns and in the fourth column [R side] I will need to be able to place line copy Google ads. I will also need to either adapt that page to work with a comment plugin or design a second page for alternate use. This four column layout will have a newspaper layout look, headline, article copy, photo or not, a 'continued command' at the end of each article that when clicked jumps and continues on that same page below the footer.
