I need a .psd theme converted to wordpress as shown here -> [login to view URL] The buttons on top will be rollovers with color change on rollover and on depressing the button. I will provide the original .psd of the layout in the picture including all fonts and a list of all links for the footer, approx 15 links. I will require from you all code pages, original CSS and the modified .psd in addition to any images required to make the rollovers work. the website needs to be a fluid width any questions, please ask. I've been burned twice on another site for hiring coders (hired 2 and neither finished it), I'm hoping this one I have better luck on. I need this done ASAP.

Hi, I think the reason why you have been burned is because you are finding the cheap programmers, and then they find out the project demands more time than what the thought. 250$ is also a little bit to cheap for me, but I'm able to do it for you at that price anyway so you can get a good experience with a freelancer who knows his work.
