My Creative Director has design our website in Photoshop. I am currently using a WordPress site on a MySQL based hosting. I cannot get themes to even come close to what i need. We have roll over images for buttons, custom menu made from Photoshop images etc. email me if you are good at using images and formatting headers page etc. I will send you the image of exactly what it looks like, i can do basic to intermediate web design this is advanced for sure. I've added a pic blocking out stuff for my protection, notice the top menu and how everything is connected with no gaps. all buttons and some stuff has roll over images. Can you accomplish this exactly how the image is with rollovers?
