Add new theme to current wordpress site

I have a site currently live. I need a new theme which I own added to the site and customized a bit. I have specific instructions on exactly what and how I want it customized.
You will need to move a copy of the current site to your own server and do the work on adding the new theme and working on it. Then once complete migrate the site back to the original server and take it live.
I work with wordpress myself and do not have time to do the work. It is not challenging work and my video instructions will be clear.
