Additional Wordpress Function

We are currently looking for a coder who can add function (plugin based ) to our current website for deal & coupon site - You must be expert in / good in wordpress. We are currently [login to view URL] We want this function. 1) field added to user account for bank account - account No & Name of bank and owner name/ company so that we can do payment offline ( in admin area we must be able to - check their account details display nicely from admin - We must be able to Add the payment we have made to their bank account manually - We need to notify payment status & upload / add payment proof. 2) Cart for registered user / so user can buy multiple discount coupon / deal - and pay ( any cart that can be intergrated is fine for us 3) We want reports in admin area. checking sales made, deal coupon - a complete report, ( editable data. ( if u have any plugin that can be intergrated to the current wordpress theme we are open to that) 4) Ability to add fake sales to the Deal / coupon - from admin area. 5) Affiliate program ( prferable get free affliate program and intergrate the function to the current theme. If there is any plugin that is available and you can do intergration we are open for that too. Check the Theme, Make sure when u bid you understand what you are bidding.
