Animated GIF with Matrix transformations for Website

We need an animated GIF created based on a detailed specification that is already defined in the attached PDF file. The GIF will be used on a client's website and on a software tool when it boots up. We have specified the sequence of frames in the PDF file. The sequence builds a matrix that then transforms into a star logo. See the PDF for details. You must deliver both the GIF file and the original Photoshop and/or GIMP file. We must be able to import your original work into GIMP for us to tailor the animation at a later time. The work will be split into three milestones. 1st: Draft Version of the animated GIF (we'll provide feedback) 2nd: Finalized version of the GIF 3rd: Final GIMP files (we'll verify that we can import) We need the work complete within five days. Your proposal should include previous GIF animation projects and any ideas you have for dressing up our strawman concept with your gifted graphics artistry. Thank your for your consideration.
