Basic website, with very basic mobile android app ( single button use )

you will be building a site ( and designing this site ) to be minimalistic, and flat. Their will be 3 pages total. Home page, where people can go, and register, and sign in, their will be limited information, a full header image, with a search box with a drop down asking for the city. you will build a registration system that allows the user to register, and go into a profile page ( very basic ) . This profile page will allow the user to add information about themselves. including type of bike, riding style, and location, and contact information. This website will allow the user to selct a button that says " im free to ride ", when this button is selected, all members in the same city will be notified via an ajax pop up in top right corner of screen. And a notification will be sent out via mobile. The mobile app will simply allow the user to see notifications when someone is available to ride in their area. You will build the home page, user profile page, and admin page. Three pages, no sub links. Thanks!
