Blending two logos showing a transition from one to another

This is to develop art work for an exterior banner and some internal direction signage. We are renovating an independent hotel and changing the name. We will be changing from Washington Suites Georgetown to Avenue Suites and would like to show the transition in a visual manner. I would like to take the current logo and have it transform into the new logo from left to right. I realize the two logos are not high enough res, but if you would like to take on the project, I would obviously get you the right size files. Please let me know your thoughts or show me your ideas. We are on a tight turnaround. We could also need the graphic design on the large format banner that this logo would be applied to. That would either be a second bid or if the winning bidder of this logo would like, perhaps you could design that, as well. Thanks! Jerry
