Bug fixes on an already running project -Wordpress

HI, I have a website named [login to view URL] and recently I have hired a developer to create a section to my website called meet the locals link : [login to view URL] I am having some issues with the section and it seems difficult to communicate with the developer i was contacted with and I am having some bugs I needed to get fixed on the page. bugs issues: 1. the admin page I have I have issues saving the edits, or updated on already published ones. Even though it says saved successfully but randomly it won't save. 2. I needed a better presentation when it comes to users profiles and the pages on the [login to view URL] font, design, color- The site is responsive and all needed to be responsive. 3. bug: on the slider cities, when you add more people, their urls redirect gives 404 errors that needed a correct redirect. each city can hold 5 people, if you click one profiles from one city, if the city has 4 more , they should appear under "More from the city" and those needed to be rediret properly, now it gives me 404. 4. All user urls needed to have a website header and footer when they were selected, they dont some up with website main header and footer. all users and new users needed to come up with website header and footer. url needed to be like meetthelocal/cityname/username ex ( meetthelocal/paris/Jerome) not like the one below: [login to view URL] and each profile clicked, it needed to open a different url that can be shared. right now, when you click on profiles on the page, it just opens the profile without a specific url, only when you right click and open it, it shows the profile url id. also, getting rid of that blue area Meet the local - Christina and align with the text and with a nice font. 5. Here is the admin for the website meet the local page : [login to view URL] I needed to get rid of the search section the state and show select country and [login to view URL] front end back end. In Resume: Presentation is crucial and all the bugs needed to be tested and retested and again to make sure no bugs appears, whether the profiles on the cities making sure each profile redirect properly and in general each city gets 5 profiles and you guys can add 5 profiles on one city and test to see. they appear under more from the city and making sure they appear properly and redirect properly. Please don't bid if you don't understand. I want one who could understand and get this done. Pease don't waste my time because it took me over 5 months to get this section done and still n0t working the way i wanted to. check the links and profiles and designs and get back to me with a small mockup for profile page, presentation and other requirements. thanks Marc
