Build a Betting Website

I want to make a website for online betting, something like Pinnacle Sports - [login to view URL] Esports Bets - [login to view URL] I want to focus only in one game: DOTA 2 I want to have the same betting system as the sites i mentioned. And i also want a system where the amateur teams can bet in themselves against another amateur team. The system must provide a way for the teams to find another teams wanting to play for money, with options to refine the search based in money quantity (like poker online, but in DOTA2). The website need to be more refined and beautiful in visuals than the websites that i mentioned. I dont have any idea about what is needed to the system works... databases, plataform, language... i dont know... but i can help everytime you need, with informations about what i want and how it need to be like. The website NEED TO WORK and to be visual attractive. Thats all. I'll hire based in experience, price and time.
