Hello! I started making a website. Before I go into things please go check out [login to view URL] , this is the site I am trying to get to. I have a layout already I just need help building the code. OR if it is easier you can redo the whole thing, fine by me! Anyways, I need a website where users can login through steam, add funds via paypal, open cases using a roulette type spin. However the spinning can be tweaked to have percent win for a skin. Skins that are won can either be sold for funds back into wallet or kept and given to them via a steam bot or me. Again thank you, after this we may have some business opportunities.
